Simplifying your Management System

march 26, 2015

There are many advantages to simplifying your management system to make it simple, practical, and most importantly suited to your business.

Systems structured according to ISO 9001-2-3 20-point system of 1994’s or the 8-point system from ISO 9001 in the years 2000 to 2008 are no longer useful for any business and may interfere with continuous improvement as well as good business management practices.

It is best to structure a management system based on a company’s activities and processes. The management system is easier to understand, more effective and more convenient.

Old procedures should be reviewed and transformed into simple processes that are more practical and profitable for the company.
