We've been working with Sagecom ever since the implementation of our Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 standards in 1997. We have always received an excellent service from them. For many years, our ISO 9001 management system was cumbersome, poorly structured and inefficient. We looked for a consultant to help us modernize and update our ISO system and we had very little time to do so, with only three and a half months to realize the project. We met with Michel from SAGECOM, amongst others. He presented us his experience, his work methodology and expertise.

After extensive research, we chose to restructure our ISO 9001 management system with SAGECOM. It is now more practical and much better suited to our processes than it was before.

For years now we have implemented several management systems according to the following standards: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 22000 (Food) including PAS 223 and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety) that were all certified the first time we applied for these certificates. EBM Laser is a company that specializes in sheet metal fabrication. A few years ago, we began to implement ISO 9001 with the help of two well renowned consulting firms but were without success.

In 2013 we called on SAGECOM to help us finish implementing our ISO 9001 management system. Our system was put in place with success in six months. Understandably, we needed to simplify what had been accomplished already as the preceding management system lacked consistency and was very cumbersome. Our new process management system was accepted by the registrar on the first try and we were very satisfied with the coaching and technical support services offered by SAGECOM's personnel.

We work in the field of electronics recycling and we are subject to strict regulations that force us to manage environment and health and safety processes rigorously.

We went to SAGECOM so they could help us implement an environmental management system according to ISO 14001 that was certified immediately, to our great satisfaction.

Subsequently, we implemented another management system for occupational health and safety according to OHSAS 18001. SAGECOM accompanied us in structuring this system from the one we had already in order to facilitate transition and our staff's involvement. Some customers have asked us over time for a ISO 9001 certification. Management made the decision to go forward with this request and began the certification process. After structuring our management system, we were not fully confident about our processes and procedures so we decided to use SAGECOM to perform coaching and technical support in order to finalize the ISO 9001 certification process.

Hello,

We are a company in the field of the extrusion of aluminum. We decided to finalize the implantion and the certification of our two management systems ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. In last January, we had our audit phase 1 with the registrar and we thus notice that we had some work to do to make a success of the audit phase 2 to obtain the certification.

We thus used the services of Sagecom to use to finalize the setting-up of our management systems because we needed coaching and very precise technical support and directed on the pratice to make sure of the success and so obtain the certification. Sagecom also did the cleaning in our documentation with the aim of making it more practical and easy to understand. The intervention of Sagecom took place over 1 month before the audit phase 2 of the registrar which was made on four days for two auditors.

The week which followed the end of the intervention of Sagecom, we obtained both certifications ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

So, GENIK works for more than 24 years in the design and the fabriation of complete solutions of equipment automated and automated to measure including the optimization of the processes.
