Registration Policies
- Every registration in a training course must be made by completing all the general required details while adding the name (s) of the participant (s). You receive an e-mail of confirmation when you join a course with or without payment.
- Every training must be paid at least 5 working days before the date of the beginning of the course.
- We accept the registrations until 1 day before the date of the training. The training must be then paid by Paypal, E-Select or by check at the beginning of the course(price) to validate the registration(inscription).
- All the information of credit card payment and by check is confidential and the data of credit card are not preserved nor revealed by no way and are not kept.
- The payment of a course can be made by :
- PayPal or E-Select by using the module of available payment during the registration.
- Credit card by phoning to our office to transmit the relevant information and we shall make the transaction with the module of secure payment of E-Select of Moneris.
- Check which has to reach us 5 working days before the training or be handed to us at the beginning of the training by informing us in advance about your intention of payment.
- Bank transfer (direct deposit) in our account of bank 5 working days before date planned by the training. You have to ask us for the banking information if you choose this method of payment.
- The traveling costs, of meal (except the lunch) and of accommodation are of your responsibility and are not included in the cost of the training course.
- The training course is confirmed 2 in 5 working days before date planned by the course. You are informed by e-mail that the training course will be done with the final address of the place that the course will be realized.
Cancellation Policies
- Any cancellations must be confirmed by email at the following address: training@consultant-iso.com.
- Fees will be charged or withheld in any of the following cases:
- Cancellation five (5) days before the start of a course: no fees are charged;
- Cancellation three (3) to four (4) days before the start of a course: 50% of registration costs;
- Cancellation one (1) or two (2) days before the start of a course: 100% of registration costs.
- 100% of registration costs will be charged for any participant that forgets to cancel his registration ahead of time and that does not show up for a course.
- A participant of any course can be replaced by another without any additional costs. SAGECOM must be notified by email at least one (1) day in advance and the new participant’s name and address must be sent to training@consultant-iso.com.
- SAGECOM reserves the right to cancel any course if the minimum amount of participants is not reached. Courses can also be cancelled due to Force Majeure (hurricane, major outage, earthquake, etc.). In the case that the course is not made in the planned date, he can be put back at a later date with the agreement of the participant either he can be fully paid off.
